was established in Aug. 2001. We are  a Sino-Japan joint venture concentrating by shellfish culturing, processing and import and export trading . We export shellfish products over 2,000mts annually. and the annual volume of export increases year by year. we have established long term and steady cooperating relationship with customers from Japan, United States, Australia, Vietnam, Mexico, New Zealand and Hongkong.
The shellfish farm, invested by Minghua is located in the no-environmental pollution sea area of the Yellow Sea.. The culturing area is over 600hectares. All the culturing equipments are imported from Japan and the culturing technology and methods are advanced in the world. The annual output of scallop is over 5000mts. The shellfish farm is verified as “Non-environmental polluted base” by Ministry of Agriculture.
The modern shellfish processing factory is located in Zhuanghe development Zone.  The processing is managed in closed site. we adopt the newest techniques in Japan and processed free from bacteria,  Many of the shellfish products have been verified by HACCP quality management system. All the products are processed under the HACCP system. The annual output of shellfish products is over 2000mts.
From March to December is the catching season of scallops. Most of the raw material of scallops is caught from the joint farm. The raw material is fresh, no impurity and free from pollution. The raw material will be accepted only after being checked. After being accepted, the mud on the surface of the shell will be washed first, the washed shellfish will be opened and the adductors will be taken out in the closed workshop. Secondly, the adductors will be cleaned quickly with clean and flowing water, then the membrane will be got rid of and the diseased adductors will be picked out. The qualified adductors will be sorted into different sizes and cleaned with brine of 3% for 3 times and clean water once. After being got rid of the water, the adductors will be put into the single-freezing machine for quick freezing. Finally the frozen scallops adductor will be weighed, ice glazed and put into plastic bags and gone through the metal detector in the packing room which temperature is below 10℃. The adductors will be put into master cartons according to different sizes and then stored according to different sizes in the freezing storage room.
